Most suppliers sell you pipe. Most scanning firms hand you data. We do both, so the drawing, the fabricated spool and the delivery all come from one set of accurate measurements.
STEP 1
Scan
We capture your pump station, plant or structure with a FARO Focus Premium 3D laser scanner: millions of measured points at millimetre-level accuracy.
STEP 2
Model & draw
Our drawing office turns the point cloud into AutoCAD drawings, Plant 3D piping models and dimensioned fabrication drawings.
STEP 3
Fabricate
Spools, flanges and fittings are made to the scanned dimensions by trusted partner workshops, managed and checked by Waltcool.
STEP 4
Supply
Pipe, valves, couplings and fittings arrive together, ready to install, with one team accountable from start to finish.

About us
One partner from first scan to final flange.
Waltcool (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary engineering supply company in Welkom, in the heart of the Free State goldfields. Rudi van der Walt founded it in 2015, and we serve mining, civil engineering, agricultural and private clients across South Africa.
Our roots are in pipe: water and sanitation, reticulation, HDPE pipelines, steel pipework and rural development. Today we pair that hands-on pipe knowledge with high-precision 3D laser scanning, so we can measure your site, draw it, and supply exactly what fits.
We are an approved supplier to Sibanye-Stillwater and Harmony Gold, and a B-BBEE Level 2 contributor.
